Responsibilities
Our client, a prestigious asset management
firm, is currently seeking 2 (two)
Executive/Administrative Assistant to work
directly for a C level executives in their
Midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate
will have 5+ years of administrative
experience, must be a multi-tasking expert,
excellent Microsoft Office skills and the
ability to work with minimal supervision.

Heavy
calendar management, scheduling
appointments and meetings
-
Making
extensive travel arrangements
-
Preparing
expense reports
-
Creating
Power Point presentations
-
Assist with
the preparation of FINRA
documentation
-
Work with
senior management with the
preparation of equity research
reports
-
General
office duties: handling the
phones, typing correspondence,
filling, etc
|
Qualifications
-
5+ years of
office and administrative
experience at a hedge fund or
asset management firm highly
preferred
-
Previous
experience preparing equity
research reports
-
Highly
organized, efficient and capable
of handling different tasks in a
fast-paced environment.

Excellent
communication skills.
-
Detail-oriented with excellent
follow through skills.

MS
proficient, i.e. Word and Excel.

Bachelor’s
or Associate’s degree preferred
