Responsibilities
Our client, an International energy
investment company seeks an experienced
relationship manager/originator in energy
investment area. The
successful candidates need to have existing
relationship with the companies in the
target area as well as hands-on experience.

Develop and
originate investment
opportunities in energy area;
especially in Power Producer,
Utility and Energy Service
Sectors.

Attend
meetings and events to develop
and maintain relationship.

Manager
financial analysts on the
evaluation and due diligence of
the opportunity.

Qualifications
-
M&A
experience in energy sector,
especially in Power and Utility
area is a must
-
10+yrs
experience in Investment
banking, including M&A,
Corporate Finance, Private
Equities
-
Good
knowledge on finance/accounting
/tax
-
Strong
quantitative skills
-
BA or
higher degree in business,
economics or engineering, MBA is
a plus
