Responsibilities
Our client, a large commercial property
owner/management company located in
Manhattan, NY, seeks a Facilities Operations
Manager for a large social/cultural center
in Brooklyn.

This
individual will lead and
coordinate the day-to-day
facilities operations for the
center, including management of
staff, engineering,
construction, facilities
sourcing, building operations,
maintenance and repairs,
cleaning services, landscaping
services, contingency planning,
security, safety, facilities
services, food services, etc.

The
Facilities Manager will work to
ensure that the center’s
facilities consistently utilize
the most efficient use of
resources.

Qualifications
-
Position
requires at least 8 years
experience as Facilities
Operations Manager with
background as building engineer
(engine room), construction,
etc.

Ideally
this individual will have
experience in a similar
institution (i.e.: community
center, library, civic
organization, cultural or
non-profit organization, etc.).
