Responsibilities
Our client, a Global investment banks
seeks Deputy COO, a SVP level officer in
Corporate Planning Group. The person will
provide strategic leadership in company’s
business including directions on new
products, new lines of business, mergers and
acquisitions as well as execution of the
strategies.
Qualifications
-
10-15years
of exp. as a senior manager in
investment banks. Person needs
to have hands-on experience and
is familiar with domestic US
product and business in any of
the following area; Equity,
Fixed Income, Investment
banking.

Experience
in the Corporate
Planning/Strategy area
preferably in COO’s office or
equivalent, a plus.

Experience
in working in international
settings, typically experience
in working with overseas
offices, preferred.

Strong
Interpersonal skills and
communication skills are
required.

Strong
analytical and organizational
skills are required.
-
JD, LLM is
preferred but not mandatory.
