Responsibilities
Our client, a global bank is seeking AVP
or VP level Internal Control & Inspection
candidate who can manage and improve
internal controls, inspection and risk
self-assessment functions for Chicago branch
office.

Develops,
updates, and modifies the bank’s
inspection. risk self-assessment
programs and schedules and
perform the program throughout
the year
-
Liaises and
coordinates with other
departments and branches and
takes primary actions
-
Monitor and
analyze operational procedures,
workflows, and issues and find
solutions to improve customer
satisfaction, operational
accuracy and efficiency
-
Review and
issue the related reports or
manuals to senior management or
other offices
-
Other
duties as assigned

Qualifications
-
Sound
interpersonal and analytical
skills
-
5-7 years
banking experience
(operations/procedures)
-
Experience
in accounting and auditing are
plus
-
Native
Japanese with business level
English is required
-
BA or
higher degree in accounting,
finance, or related field
-
CPA is a
big plus
