Between the spring weather, consumer confidence on the rise and the job market steadily making a comeback, individuals’ personal outlooks are making a comeback as well. Most of us will agree that any signs of economic improvement are a welcomed scenario even though the market will most likely take as long to fully recover as it took to slide into the recession. However over the last several weeks companies have been increasing their hiring, strategizing about new growth opportunities and targeting successful individuals to fill their current needs. All in all the market is heading in the right direction and we are all hoping for consistent economic growth in the months ahead.
